Alcorta Brockhaus (Based in Elgoibar, Spain) - Automotive (car and motorcycle) small forging specialist, with 3 Business Groups: Door Hinges, Exhaust Flanges and "Other", which includes such parts as Steering and Suspension components, and Towing Eyes. Alcorta Brockhaus can forge parts up to and including 4 Kg weight out of carbon and stainless steels. Post treatments, including machining, plating, painting and coating can be offered from highly competitive local sub-contract sources.

Hitchiner Manufacturing Co., Inc. (HQ is Based in Milford, New Hampshire, USA) - Investment casting foundry, with a unique and patented casting process known as "Counter Gravity." A very wide range of ferrous alloys can be cast, including those that need to be produced under vacuum, with the ability to produce complex geometry and very thin wall sections.

Mahle Brockhaus GmbH (Based in Plettenberg, Germany) - Specialists in the manufacture of forged steel connecting rods for automotive applications, with particular emphasis on forging of steels suitable for the fracture-splitting process. Their hammer forging processes are becoming increasingly highly automated. Forging size range covers motorcycles through to heavy duty diesel engines for trucks, up to about 8 kg per forging. Full product support is available, including design optimisation, testing, stress analysis and metallurgical investigation.

O'Fallon Casting (Based in O'Fallon, Missouri, USA) - air melt investment casting foundry, specialising in Aluminium and Copper Base alloys. Silicon Carbide Metal Matrix Composites can also be cast. The Counter Gravity process is used for specific alloys that are difficult to cast. O'Fallon is active in the military missile, electronic packaging and Aerospace markets.

Ridgeway Precision Engineering - Ridgeway provides high quality precision engineering for most industries; including automotive, construction, cosmetics, packaging, plastics, medical and motorsport.

Offers a consultancy service to include, design, prototype manufacture, testing, small batches and long run production.

Ridgeway have experience in working with the following types of materials: Stainless steel, Maraging steel, Titanium, Tool steels, Non-ferrous alloys. Super alloys, Ceramics, Carbide, PCD and engineering plastics.

The cutting technologies include: HSC / HSM / HEM / EDM and Hard turning >60 HRc. Other additional facilities offered by Ridgeway are: Solidworks 3D modelling & drafting, 'PowerShape' 3D freeform surface modeling and Finite Element Analysis (mechanical and fluid).
